Whether you are in the beginning stages, right in the middle, or near the home stretch. WE’VE GOT THIS!

We are passionate about helping you confidently conquer that to-do-list so you can feel like a guest at your own wedding. Our hub is conveniently located right here in the Lou. SIGNATURE CONCIERGE SUPPORT PACKAGES

I. Support Package: PLAN & PREP

$500

This package is a smart and affordable package for couples who are in the beginning stages of planning their wedding. We’ll get you started on the right path and help you avoid costly mistakes along the way.

This package includes:

  • 1-hour plan & prep meeting with a WW&MORE personal support assistant
    Plus up to 5 follow-up emails or scheduled phone consultations with us. We’re here to listen, guide and address all the important questions you may have.
  • Online personalized wedding planning portal set up and created for you
    This valuable tool helps you begin to plan, stay organized and on top of all those important wedding details. This is a true lifesaver!
  • Vendor matchmaking is our specialty!
    Receive a vendor referral document personalized to your individual needs along with a list of questions to ask when selecting your vendors. We have a carefully vetted network of local vendors in almost 20 different categories who share our passion to serve you. We look forward to helping you avoid navigating the sea of online choices alone, so you can narrow down the best match. Personal introductions are also made via email.
  • Tickets for two to attend WW&MORE Wedding Planning Basics Workshop
    This interactive class will help set you on the right path as we journey through a 12-month wedding planning timeline. (A $99 value included FREE with this package)
  • Tickets for two to attend WW&MORE Wedding Budgets and Beyond Workshop
    Launched in partnership with Merrill Lynch®, this interactive class includes critical tips and tools to build and determine your wedding budget so you can stay on track! (FREE with this package)
    Note: If you are unable to attend a calendar workshop, a free emailed PDF of the materials can also be provided.

BONUS: We’ll review your personal wedding planning portal 6-8 weeks out from your big day to make sure you’re all set!

II. Support Package: VENUE SCOUT & SECURE

$500

This package will save you valuable time and help narrow down the endless possibilities. The VENUE is the first wedding vendor you will book for your wedding day. Venue matchmaking is our specialty!

This package includes:

  • 1-hour meeting with a WW&MORE personal support assistant to discuss your must-haves and wishlist for the ideal place to host your dream wedding. You will receive a follow-up email within 48 hours that will include our top 5 venue recommendations based on your overall vision and budget.
    Please have your budget in mind prior to our initial meeting or attend our WW&MORE Wedding Budgets and Beyond Workshop (Free workshop).
  • Let’s take a tour! Your WW&MORE personal support assistant will accompany you to up to 3 of your top venue selections. We will schedule your personal tours and provide a customized check list of questions and topics to consider and inquire about during our visit. Additional fee may apply for venues located more than 30 miles outside of the 63139 zip code.
  • We will work with you till your final venue is secured and contract is signed.
  • WW&MORE will contact your venue 4-6 weeks out to reconfirm all details are set for your event date.

BONUS: Once your venue is booked, we’ll also provide a customized list of local vendors from our trusted network that are a good match for you.

III. Support Package: DESIGN & CREATE

$750

This package is for the couple that may have found themselves in a sea of Pinterest boards or unsure of where to even start on creating a cohesive décor plan for their wedding. Let’s work together to uncover your design preferences and formulate a plan to help bring it to life.

This package includes:

  • 1-hour meeting with the WW&MORE Creative Director to complete your design profile.
    During this this meeting, we will discuss your design vision of your wedding day. We will also complete several interactive activities together to help determine and refine your design profile.
  • 1-hour follow-up meeting to review your personalized wedding vision board.
    Our WW&MORE Creative Director will present your personalized and organized vision board that will clearly showcase your design preferences based upon our previous meeting. A PDF will be provided that can be shared with all your booked vendors so you can easily communicate the cohesive vision for your day.
  • We will provide a customized list of local vendor recommendations (i.e. florist, décor/rentals, photographer, etc.) from our trusted network that are a good match for you, as well as, shopping/sourcing guidance to help execute your event vision. Use your vision board as a reference in all your meetings with potential vendors.

BONUS: Choose from a selection of table numbers, signage and other unique décor free of charge. We are always creating and adding more décor to our collection. Based on event date availability. Client is responsible for pickup and returns.

IV. Support Package: ENJOY YOUR DAY

Please inquire for details. Pricing varies depending on the number of guests, location, level of service and logistics.

This package is for the couple who has planned their own wedding but is ready to let go and kick up their heels on their wedding day. WW&MORE will be on-site to personally assistant you and make sure your plans and tasks are completed to perfection so you can feel like a guest at your own wedding. Let our team be your extra set of hands to help execute all the hard work you’ve put into this magical day. Our goal is for you and your guests to truly enjoy the day…not work!

This package includes:

  • Initial meeting (1-hour) with a WW&M personal support assistant 2 months or more prior to wedding date.
  • Final stretch meeting (2-hours) 4-6 week prior to your wedding date with a WW&MORE personal support assistant to review your wedding plans, timeline, floor plan and offer up suggestions and things to consider.
  • Wedding day of support (8-10 hours)
    We will provide event management on the day of your wedding so you and your family can feel like guests and enjoy every moment! We will assist and oversee deliveries; provide general setup and breakdown of décor; act as point person for all vendors; assist and guide guests; distribute place cards, menu or service cards; ensure all cards, gifts and other personal items are secured and delivered to designated point person/vehicle.
    We will work with your celebrant and DJ to confirm and communicate event schedule and announcements for your event.

 

We also offer customized packages and a la carte services based upon your specific needs. Additional hours of support on the day of your wedding are available at an hourly rate. Please inquire for details.
