Flavor 360 has been in business for seven years.
We offer seated, buffet and cocktail service. We specialize in buffet, cocktails and family-style catering.
Yes. We always have current seasonal menus on our website featuring our made-from-scratch and locally-sourced meals.
Of course! In addition to our seasonal menus, we are happy to create a unique and custom menu for your event.
Flavor 360 offers tastings upon request for a $50.00 fee. This fee is deducted from the final invoice if the order is placed.
We charge per person.
We include a 20% gratuity in our full-service catering fees.

Everything that comes out of our kitchen is house-made fresh for you every day. This gives us the flexibility to make necessary last-minute adjustments and help the client however we can up until the event.
Flavor 360 does not bake or design wedding cakes. We have two in-house bakers who create cookies, cakes and other items. We’re happy to help support your wedding meals in any way we can.
No, we do not charge a fee for cake cutting.
We focus our time and energy on the food. Typically, we work with the host or hostess to closely accommodate and follow their timeline.
To make your event seamless, we can help you arrange any rentals, including tables, chairs, linens and dinnerware.
Leave all rental returns to us. We’ll make sure your event is cleaned up and all rentals are back where they need to be when they need to be.
We will set your tables and will place menus and other place setting customizations upon request.
We provide waitstaff if needed for an hourly rate that is agreed upon before booking the event.
We’re flexible and ready to adapt to each location we work in. We will set up our prep area in a separate, quiet space so we don’t disturb your guests.
We have a variety of bar packages for all levels of service that is priced per person.
We offer a champagne toast in select bar packages. Flavor 360 is willing to adapt to your event and we are happy to work this offering into any order.
Our event orders are designed along with a timeline that is agreed upon between client and Flavor 360 prior to the event. Additional fees for overtime will be assessed after the event, if applicable.
We require a final count at least three days ahead of the event date.
Set-up and clean-up are handled completely by our staff.
We handle deposits on an individual basis.
Your balance for the event is due within 30 days of the completion of your event.
If the event is canceled within seven days of the event date, a fee of 10% of the total estimated charges may be assessed.
