We have a baker who specializes in small wedding cakes, flavored sheet cakes, and assorted dessert bars. The dessert bars are always a hit, especially at weddings!
Involvement needs would be established prior to the event. For weddings, a catering manager is on site to help execute the catering needs and food management. We discuss timelines prior to the event and refer to the coordinator or main event contact onsite to ensure accurate timing!
We offer high-quality, disposable dinnerware and silver-colored plastic. Outside of that, they would need to be rented.

We will determine the space prior to the event. We can typically make a kitchen out of any space, including hallways! As long as there is adequate lighting and coverage, we can be prepared with other prep items. We have plenty of warmers to keep food hot, and will time the food deliveries accordingly.
We are fully licensed to provide and serve alcohol and offer do offer bar services. Pricing is based on needs and would be discussed prior to event. Typically, we charge per bottle/case.

The timing needs would be discussed prior to the event when meeting with the couples. Our standard is a 4-hour event, but this may be adjusted based on the event specifics such as serving times and delivery distance. We build this in to our cost per caterer on the initial invoice.
These are dependent on the service levels needed. Depending on the venue, we typically arrive 1-2 hours prior to serve time, and will take about an hour to clean and break down.
