Yes. All of our menus are completely customizable.
Yes. We offer private tastings at $35 per person. We also have public tastings throughout the year that we allow two people to come to for free. Any more than 2 people would be $20 per person.
Everything is pretty much a per person price.
We charge a 20% service charge which includes gratuity.
Yes we do. Those are special request items and we can make special plates for $10 per plate.
We do our best! We normally get a final head count and menu options 2 weeks before the event date. If they have a small last minute change it is usually no big deal. We try to be as flexible as possible.
We do not have one in house. We do usually partner up with Wedding Wonderland.
We will cut and plate the cake at no additional fee.
We typically see the DJ being the MC of the evening but we do have managers on site to help keep the flow moving.
We normally take care of renting anything necessary for the event.
Yes we do. We can assist with centerpieces or décor as long as no assembly is required.

Food is prepared at our Hoffmeister location and sent out in hot boxes or warmers.

We usually tell them not to include their vendors in their count as we always have leftover food they can have. If it is more than 10 people for vendors, we would be willing to work out a deal.
We always include a champagne toast for the wedding party at no charge.
Our pricing is based on a 4 hour event. If they needed us for an extra hour, I would add $1 per person to the food price and $3 per person to the bar price.

We take care of the set up and clean up of the items that we provide. Client is responsible for décor clean up.
