EYE DO STL was founded in 2010, when on-location bridal beauty was a much needed service in the St. Louis Area. Founder + Lead Artist, Kim Stahlheber has over 13 years experience as a licensed cosmetologist.

We have a team of professional artists with over 25 years of experience.

Although our trials are not required, we do highly encourage them for our brides. Trial costs are $120/service ($240 for both hair and makeup). Every hair + makeup trial service includes a 30 minute consultation and a 120 minute trial, totaling 2.5 hours. This ensure that our team has ample time to discuss everything in detail and truly perfect your vision.

Trials are incredibly important for both our brides and our artists. The trial itself allows us to become familiar with one another, assess your wants/needs and perfect the overall look while tailoring it to suit you.

It is recommended for our Brides to provide some sort of inspiration. Our artists will also consult with them to find out likes/dislikes/concerns/etc.

Our team provides all the products/tools necessary to complete the job. We even bring in lighting to ensure that your look is spot on in all settings. Our artists carefully curate their kits and even though we cannot possibly list all brands inside their kits, we can name a few staples: Hair: Sexy Hair, Amika, Kenra, Hot Tools, Bioionic, Chi – Makeup: RCMA, NARS, Temptu, Dinair, Sonia Roselli, Stila, MAC, Dior, Kiss, Ardell, Anastasia Beverly Hills.

Our team has experience with all hair/skin types & textures. We pride ourselves in maintaining kits with global range.

Typically we only book several events per day if our team “divides and conquers.” If we do not divide, we will not book more than one bridal event per day.

We believe that every person deserves the highest quality service, therefore our services are a flat rate per service. We want our artists to be fairly compensated for their time and not “skimp” on any part of a service, so we do not discount services, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have incentives for large groups. The only exception is elopements, which are weddings that are midweek, Monday-Thursday.

When our artists travel to a local of your choice, a small fee is incurred to cover their gas, vehicle maintenance and time. This fee is $1.25/mile.

Our team strives to complete all services within a 5 hour timeframe and when scheduling, we allow approximately 40 minutes per service.

We do offer an additional 3 hours with a lead artist for touch ups, however, it is an optional add-on service. For $360, our lead artist will be by your side making sure you look the best from all angles. We also include a touch up/travel kit with this service.

With 10 years in business, we have never once had any situation that we have not been able to handle. Our team and community of professional artists is expansive and always willing to assist in case of an emergency.

We have a minimum service amount of $350 for all bookings, therefore we require a $350 non-refundable, retainer. This retainer is require upon booking and applied to the Bride’s service invoice.

We require that final payment is made 14 days out from all events and trial payments are due at the time of trial services.

Any cancellations will forfeit their $350 retainer. Cancellations made less than 6 months from the event date will be charged an additional $250 cancellation fee and any cancellations made with less than 3 months notice, will be charged the full amount as outlined in invoice. If we are able to re-book your date with another Bride, we will refund the full invoice amount (less the $350 retainer and $250 cancellation fee).
