Words of advice – make sure you schedule plenty of time to tour this jaw-dropping venue because you’ll want to take your time admiring the original 1920s architecture that will leave you stunned at every turn. Kimberly and the team at The Thaxton are top-notch service providers and will not rest until your event is as perfect as you imagined it would be. We have personally been to several weddings and events at The Thaxton and it’s in our top five favorite spots in the city!

Flat fee for space rental and ceremony services + per head bar service + labor
We require a minimum $10/person bar package for complimentary sodas and juices + tax + gratuity
We use an in-house DJ and a preferred catering list that guests must work within. Outside vendors for other services such as cake/dessert, photos, officiate, photo booth, flowers, etc. are allowed.
No onsite caterer. Kitchen facilities are available for our catering partners.

No loose decor such as: feathers, confetti, petals (real or fake), aisle runners, bubbles. Nothing may be adhered to the walls. All sound must be pre-approved.
Street parking: metered until 7:00 pm. There are public pay lots at 11th and Olive St., 10th and Pine, and just East of The Thaxton off Olive St. is Schnucks Culinary parking garage. Valet services may be hired for an additional, third-party, cost.
